This project continues on schedule for a staff move-in during the 3rd weekend in March.

Rancho Cordova Construction Update
  • Interior painting has been completed.
  • T-Bar grid has been hung. The ceiling tiles will be installed this week.
  • Carpeting has been installed. See the picture at right.
  • Interior windows and doors will be hung this week.
  • The Herman Miller components arrive from Michigan at the end of this week. Installation of the workstations will begin immediately.
  • The skylights have been installed.
  • On the exterior, work on the mansard is progressing. See the picture below.

May 2003

Work on the Folsom Blvd. frontage landscaping has been delayed due to a discrepancy between the plans and the actual layout of the frontage landscaping area. This problem has been resolved and the landscaping work should begin within the next month.

The architect is currently drawing the construction plans for the building remodel. They should be ready for review within the next 60 days.
