Program Integrity Division
Sacramento County is very concerned with ensuring that benefits are given only to those who are eligible. To maintain program integrity, the Department of Human Assistance has a Program Integrity Division that is committed solely to preventing and detecting welfare fraud. The Program Integrity Division is comprised of both sworn (peace officers) and non-sworn personnel. Remember, welfare fraud is a crime.
